The long blue leaves emerge with bold yellow streaking that gradually transitions to white as the season progresses, creating continuous visual interest from spring into summer. The foliage is notably thick, providing excellent resistance to slug damage and maintaining a clean appearance throughout the growing season.

Light lavender flowers are produced on tall scapes reaching approximately 30 inches, rising well above the foliage and adding vertical interest without detracting from the dramatic leaves.
