Refund policy
Due to the perishable nature of live plants, all sales are covered by a 3-day return policy beginning on the date of delivery. Any issues must be reported within 72 hours, accompanied by clear photos of the plant and packaging. This policy applies only to plants that arrive dead, severely damaged, or incorrect. Normal transplant shock, weather stress after delivery, and issues reported beyond the 3-day window are not covered. Approved claims will be resolved with a replacement or store credit at the seller’s discretion; shipping costs are non-refundable. After 3 days, the plant is considered accepted.
