Hosta ‘Pilgrim’ — Soft Green Leaves with Wide Creamy Margins
Hosta ‘Pilgrim’ is a charming small variety that brings brightness and contrast to borders, walkways, and container plantings. This compact cultivar features pale to grayish-green, heart-shaped leaves edged with a wide, irregular band of yellow that matures to creamy white. The foliage has a gently wavy texture and good substance, giving the plant more presence than its size suggests.
Growing to around 12" tall and 30" wide, ‘Pilgrim’ forms a neat, eye-catching mound perfect for small spaces or as an accent among larger hostas. In July, pale purple flowers rise on 18" scapes, adding soft color above the variegated foliage. With its reliable growth habit and strong contrast, this is a beautiful little hosta that stands out in any shade garden.
